Practice kicked off today with the Australian and New Zealand teams starting the sessions. The South African Challenge class got some action in this afternoon after a riders meeting. 2010 Worlds Preperation

With practicing starting tomorrow, the track was buzzing with excitement today when the final touches were being put onto the world class track. The track was officially opened by Her Worship, Deputy Mayor of Pietermaritzburg, Jabu Ngube, Worlds Liaison, Sharlene McGlivray, UCI’s Johan Lindstrom and President of Cycling South Africa, Greg Till.
